Monday May 28 @ 05:34pmI learned something last night that I’m actually pretty upset about. My dad told me that he is pre-diabetic. I don’t know why I’m so upset because it’s really not that surprising. He doesn’t watch what he eats and gets zero exercise. I just have such a huge passion for health and I want to help people prevent things like diabetes for a living. He is just so far away and I feel helpless. I wish I could do something.
