Amen sister! A low calorie meal or snack that is also depleted in nutritional value will leave your body craving nutrients, and thus more food. 100 calories of pretzels is not going to give your body anything it needs. Replace your low calorie, low nutrient snacks/meals with nutrient dense ones and it will help you avoid overeating later.
